Please note you can only claim a refund if your ticket was not used on Saturday 14th September.
All telephone and counter sales:
Customers need to send their unused tickets back to The Atkinson, 1 Eastbank Street, PR8 1DL.
All online sales:
Customers who purchased a ticket online and require a refund due to cancellation on Sunday 15th September please email firstname.lastname@example.org before 30th September 2013. Please provide your full name, email address used to book tickets, how many tickets purchased and order number.
All tickets booked through an agent:
Customers who purchased a ticket through one of our ticket agents should send their unused tickets back for the attention of Helen Ford to Southport Town Hall, Lord Street, Southport, PR8 1DA.
Please allow up to 30 days for a refund.
