Saturday 10am – 4pm
Sunday 11am – 4pm

Box office will close 15 minutes after the show starts.

 Please print the email confirmation as this is your ticket and it will be required for proof of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any tickets ordered online are received and printed. If you have any queries about online booking please contact the Box Office on 01704 533 333.

Wheelchairs

The Atkinson is a fully accessible venue but please note if you are booking tickets to see a show and you use a wheelchair please contact the box office direct on 01704 533 333. This is to ensure we have reserved a suitable sized space to accommodate the wheelchair.


Baby in Arms Policy

At all children’s shows, children aged 18months and under can sit on their  parents or guardians lap for free, for children aged over 18months usual ticket process will apply and a seat will be allocated. The Atkinson retains the right to exclude babies in arms for any performance.


Reservations

The Atkinson does not reserve tickets for its own events unless you are a booking on behalf of a school.


Group Discounts

For those of you who would like to really make an occasion of your visit and would like to come to The Atkinson with a group of friends, family or colleagues, we are very happy to offer a special group discount.

For every 10 tickets you book for a single event, we will give you the 11th ticket absolutely free. This is available via the Box Office only.


Postage

From April 1 2015 postage will be charged at £1.50 and should be specified during the booking. 
Tickets will be held at the box office for those who do not require postage. Our tickets are sent out via Royal Mail, not recorded delivery.


Booking fee

Booking fee is £1 per ticket online and via phone. A 2% credit card fee is charged for counter sales.


Concessions

Apply to Senior Citizens, full-time students, registered unemployed, carers and children under 16.
 Proof of status is required.


Advance tickets

Advance ticket prices are available up to 1 hour before the show.


Refunds

Please check your tickets carefully before booking as The Atkinson does not offer refunds under any circumstances.


Exchanges

Tickets can be exchanged (for an equal or higher value) for an alternative show within a 3 month period for a fee of 50p per ticket. This is only available for The Atkinson’s own events and tickets must be returned to the box office 48 hours prior to the performance for the exchange to take place.

The Atkinson’s exchange policy does not apply to festival tickets. There are no exchanges for festival tickets.


Multi- show offers

Multi-show offers only apply when tickets for the events are bought at the same time. Unless The Atkinson is running a special limited last minute offer.


Food & Drink

Only food and drink bought on the premises can be consumed inside The Atkinson. This policy is carried out throughout the venue for performances, tea dances, when visiting the library or any other event or activity run by the venue. The Bakery offers a range of refreshments and light bites and the bars are always open for the events.
