A Dance Theatre Show That Celebrates all That is Messy at Meal Times!

Crunchy, sweet, tart, gooey,
runny, sour, thick, yummy!
Families are in for a treat this September at The Atkinson when Tell Tale Hearts Theatre Company brings their new dance theatre show Yummm! to Southport.
Yummm! is a celebration of food seen through children’s eyes using dance, live music, quirky design & some amusing eating utensils. This highly imaginative production seats the audience around the dinner table where tables can dance; plates spin; and the audience have a chance to contribute to the dinner time rituals!

The events of a meal time are given a unique Tell Tale Hearts twist as the audience are brought to a climatic pudding finale! There is time for a play session after the show where we turn the tables and let the children serve the adults for once – with plenty of food inspired props!

Performances are followed by a short play activity for audiences, where the children get their own utensils to play with!
There are two performances of Yummm! 11am for the under 4’s and 2pm for children aged 4 and above.
