Gordon Southern is the international word clown. He’s sold out in Mumbai, India, headlined the first ever Serbian comedy festival, as well as knocking them dead in Singapore, Dubai, Cyprus and New Zealand.
Gordon made his Edinburgh Fringe Festival debut in the highly respected Comedy Zone in 1997 and has since gone on to take up several successful and acclaimed solo shows, With 2012’s “A Brief History of History” receiving award nominations at the New Zealand Comedy Festival and the Edinburgh Fringe. He has enjoyed sell out runs at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival from 2011- 2013. Gordon also has a Time Out Comedy award from his days with BBC Radio 4’s Cheese Shop comedy sketch team.
In short this is one very charismatic and incredibly funny performer!

“Hugely talented… Very funny” Time Out
Al Lubel is a regular on major US TV chat shows and a favourite of Jerry Seinfield (yes the Seinfeld from the sitcom, Seinfeld). Al became a lawyer to please his mother and a comedian to please himself (which did not please his mother). He quickly quit law and within a year won the $100,000 Grand Prize for comedy on Star Search. Its worked out pretty well as more recently, he made his fifth appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman and his seventh on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He’s also been the tour support of choice for comedy legends Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Hicks.
His shows mesmerise audiences with stunningly well crafted and self aware observations full of terrific little asides – so much so that you’ll never forget his name.
“Has one of the best jokes I ever heard” Jerry Seinfeld
“A terrifically funny comedian” David Letterman
Allyson Smith has, from the moment she put down the chalk brush in 2000 and picked up a mic, been tickling Canada’s comedy scene to great acclaim. Playing to packed rooms has become like another day in the classroom for this former school teacher.
Her credits include her own hour long Comedy Now special, appearances on
CBC Radio’s hit show The Debaters, and the Winnipeg, Halifax and Just For Laughs Festivals, to name just a few. A multiple Canadian Comedy Award nominee for Best Female Stand-Up. Allyson is now making waves in the UK where sassy stand-up and hilariously insightful commentary is going down a treat.
“Reminds me of a younger, prettier, funnier me. Now if you’ll excuse me, the ladies from my bridge club have arrived.” Stewart Francis
Your MC for all the above is Southport born Damion Larkin, one of Britain’s most promising comedy talents, renowned for being a spontaneous and lovable host.
“One of the country’s top new comedians” BBC
