Heritage Open Days are back!

Heritage Open Days are back!

It’s that time of year again – Heritage Open Days is just around the corner! Running throughout September, this annual event celebrates England’s fantastic architecture and culture by allowing free access to places that are usually closed to the public or charge for admission.

Organised by the National Trust, Heritage Open Days is England’s contribution to the European Heritage Days, which take place across 50 countries each year. The event has been running since 1994 and has grown massively in popularity, with over 5,000 events and activities scheduled across England in 2022 alone.
