The Arts Society welcome Elizabeth Montgomery to The Atkinson for this lecture. The Arts Society will be holding three more lectures with speakers to be announced soon.
This talk will be a tour of the Grosvenor Museum’s historical costume collection with Senior Curator, Elizabeth Montgomery. This talk will examine some wonderful pieces of clothing in greater detail, from Victorian wedding dresses to 1950’s Dior (and lots in-between) and explore the new ways the museum is seeking to help visitors with the collection.
