The Merseyside Historic Environment Record is the database of all known archaeological sites and historic buildings in Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St. Helens and Wirral. This talk will cover how the system came about, what it is used for and ways in which people can use it at home or even get involved in contributing to this valuable public resource.
