Timothy is one of the leading authorities on the history of watercolour painting. He is presenting an informative and entertaining talk on the history of watercolour from the 1700s onwards. Timothy has been a curator at the Walker Art Gallery, the British Museum and the V&A, and has published extensively on British art.
