Hey, Presto! Peaceful Lion Productions’ brand new show, based on the best-selling book by Nadia Shireen comes to The Atkinson on Sunday 19 January at 2.30pm.

Presto, the cat, is a very talented magician, so when he and his best friend Monty, the dog, join a funfair and start a magic show things look good for the duo. But fame goes to Monty’s head and soon Presto loses his friend and his show! Will true friendship prevail? Is there a touch of magic in the air?

This heart-warming tale of aspiration, friendship, adventure and a little bit of mischief accompanied by catchy songs is the perfect treat to cheer the whole family up this January. The tickets are £7.50 for an adult and £5.50 for children and it is suitable for everyone aged 3+.

Why not make a meal of it? Come for lunch before the show and experience the artisan Bakery at The Atkinson.

Come and taste the artisan sandwiches and pies, fresh soups and salads all made with seasonal produce from local growers and makers where possible. Our new deli selection is also now available so you can take a slice of The Atkinson home!

Children’s lunches are £3.50; a biscuit and a drink just £1 and for the adults, coffee and a cake is just £3.25 or a scone, Jam, clotted cream and a pot of tea or filter coffee for £3.50.
