An invitation to celebrate our townscape heritage in art

Southport Townscape Heritage Project are pleased to invite you to submit your artwork of Southport’s streets and buildings for display in a selling exhibition taking place on The Landing Gallery at The Atkinson and online.

Artworks can be incomplete when submitted as long as it will be finished in time for delivery at the end of November

We hope our Built on Sand – 200 years of Southport’s changing street scene exhibition has inspired you to look more closely at Southport’s townscape – its streets, buildings and how they are used. This follow-up exhibition, Southport’s Streets – Seen by You!, will show artwork in any medium that reflects the built heritage of the town.

Entry is free. Places are limited, so only one work per artist is possible, and there will be a selection process by digital submission in advance. Artists will be notified before the handing-in dates whether they have been successful.

We’re looking forward to seeing a wide variety of artwork in any medium that meets the criteria set out in this form.
