Due to a bereavement in the principal actor’s family, the performance of ‘Discovering Antarctica’ on Friday 3 November 2023 has been rescheduled to Wednesday 27 March 2024. Customers who have booked have automatically transferred to the new date.

Customers who are unable to attend the rescheduled performance date are entitled to a ticket refund, exchange, credit note, or can donate the cost to The Atkinson Development Trust. You can view The Atkinson’s refund policy online here.
Customers can email or telephone the Box Office with their preference and a member of the team will action as soon as possible.
All exchanges, credit notes and donations can be processed over the counter at Box Office and over the phone. Customers who have purchased tickets over the counter at Box Office can only be refunded in person at The Atkinson. Customers who have purchased tickets online or over the phone can be refunded at the counter at Box Office and over the phone.
Please note that purchases paid via chip and pin at the counter can either be refunded at the box office or over the phone by a manual refund.
