Community information, networking and events for people in Sefton living with disabilities.
The aim of this event is to provide customers of day care services in Sefton the chance to see the range of opportunities there are available from a wide range of support services. These services can offer health advice or cultural and leisure activities designed to promote wellbeing and social engagement.
