Frederick Deeming, was a 19th century wife-killer, bigamist, thief and conman, who savagely murdered his wife and four children and entombed their bodies in concrete in a rented house in Rainhill. Tom Preston will look into the fascinating story of a man also believed by some to have been Jack the Ripper.
